KSH Welcomes Five New Principals

Jordan Blum

Jordan has over 15 years of experience at KSH Architects, working in all phases of architecture on high-profile projects throughout the Bay Area. Over the course of his career, Jordan has completed numerous projects across a wide range of project types including hospitality, commercial, residential, educational, healthcare, and mixed-use. Jordan works closely with clients and stakeholders, design partners, engineers, and contractors to ensure the success of each project.

Jordan’s project experience includes the Box.com Headquarters in Redwood City, Apple Campus 3 in Sunnyvale, and the headquarters of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative in Redwood City.

Amanda Borden

Amanda started her career at KSH Architects as a high school intern and was fortunate to be able to rejoin the firm after additional internships in architecture and construction management.  Amanda graduated from CU Boulder with a BA in Environmental Design and her experience as an Associate Principal & Project Architect includes work in all phases of a variety of project types from inception to completion.

Amanda’s project experience includes the CSAA Headquarters in Walnut Creek, mixed-use office buildings at 101 Lytton in Palo Alto & University Square in East Palo Alto, both occupied by Amazon, and the Escondido Village Graduate Residences on Stanford University’s campus.

Jeannette Hom

Jeannette is a native San Franciscan and graduated from UC Berkeley with a BA in architecture. She has been part of the Korth Sunseri Hagey team for more than 15 years, and has extensive experience in varying phases of architecture, from schematic design to project permitting and construction administration. She has worked on many different projects, ranging from commercial core & shell to interior tenant improvement and renovation projects.

Some of her most memorable, built projects in the Bay Area include the @first offices in San Jose, 601 Marshall in Redwood City, and the high-rise Escondido Village Graduate Residences at Stanford.

Jeana Malick

Jeana joined KSH after receiving her M.Arch from Syracuse University. During her 20+ years at KSH, she has been responsible for all aspects of architectural practice for a wide spectrum of projects in California, New York, Washington, Texas & British Columbia. A few project examples include high-rise, commercial and residential, office campuses, extensive tenant improvements, historic renovations, laboratories, and animal care facilities. She believes that hard work and open collaboration with design partners and clients create the best platform to do great, innovative work and ensure the success of each project.

Jeana’s project experience includes the Google X Campus in Mountain View, Apple Campus 3 in Sunnyvale, and the Menlo School in Atherton.

John Walter

John is a midwestern transplant and graduate from the University of Michigan with a BS in Architecture. He has been a team member at KSH for 11 years and is experienced in all phases of architectural practice. Throughout his time at KSH, John has been involved in a variety of project types from large office campuses to specialized interiors and manufacturing spaces. He enjoys working with large and diverse project teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

John’s project experience includes the American headquarters for Delta Electronics, the Tesla Megapack factory in Lathrop, the offices and R&D facility at 520 Almanor in Sunnyvale, and various tenant improvements for Meta throughout the United States.
